Requests received after the applicable deadline are not refundable, except where the event is cancelled by the organiser or otherwise required by law.超过相应截止日期收到的申请恕不退款，除非活动由主办方取消或法律另有规定。

How to Request a Refund如何申请退款

Email [email protected] with the booking reference, purchaser’s name, mobile number, event date and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank.请电邮至 [email protected]，并提供预订编号、购买者姓名、手机号码、活动日期及退款原因。获批准的退款将通过原付款方式退回，处理时间视支付服务商及银行而定。
