Bookings and Payment预订与付款

Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment. Customers must provide accurate details and check the event date, ticket quantity and payment amount before paying.预订仅在付款成功后确认。顾客须提供准确资料，并在付款前核对活动日期、门票数量及付款金额。

Payments are processed securely by an authorised third-party payment gateway. Echinoidea Sdn. Bhd. does not store customers’ full card or online-banking credentials.付款由获授权的第三方支付网关安全处理。Echinoidea Sdn. Bhd. 不会储存顾客完整的银行卡或网上银行登录资料。

Tickets and Admission门票与入场

Each QR ticket is valid only for the booked event date and number of paid guests. Duplicate, altered or previously used QR tickets will not be accepted.每张二维码门票仅适用于预订的活动日期及已付款宾客人数。重复、经修改或已使用的二维码门票将不获接纳。

All guests must follow venue rules and reasonable safety instructions from event staff.所有宾客须遵守场地规则及活动人员的合理安全指示。

Free-Flow Service and Availability畅饮及自助餐供应

Free-flow food and drinks are served only from 7 PM to 10 PM. Late arrival does not extend the session.畅饮及自助餐仅于晚上 7 时至 10 时供应。迟到不会延长活动时间。

Food and drinks are prepared in reasonable quantities based on paid attendance and are available while stocks last. An item may run out or be replaced with a similar option.食物与饮品将按已付款宾客人数合理准备，并以现场存货为限。个别项目可能提前供应完毕，或以类似项目替代。

Servings may be portioned to ensure fair access for all paid guests. Please finish each serving before requesting more.为让所有已付款宾客公平享用，食物与饮品可按合理份量供应。请享用完后再续取。

Responsible Alcohol Service负责任的酒精饮品供应

Alcoholic beverages are available only to non-Muslim guests aged 21 and above. Drink Responsibly.酒精饮品仅供21岁或以上的非穆斯林宾客。请理性饮酒。

Staff may limit or stop alcohol service to guests who appear intoxicated, unwell, aggressive or unsafe. Guests must follow staff instructions. No refund will be provided when service is refused for safety reasons.如宾客显得醉酒、身体不适、具攻击性或存在安全风险，工作人员可限制或停止供酒。宾客须遵守工作人员指示。因安全理由拒绝供酒，恕不退款。

Stay hydrated, arrange safe transport and never drink and drive.请适时补充水分、安排安全交通，并严禁酒后驾驶。

Wastage, Sharing and Takeaway避免浪费、分享与外带

Please take only what you can finish. Deliberate or excessive wastage is not permitted.请按实际食量取用。不得故意或过度浪费。

Staff may pause or stop further servings when repeated or serious wastage occurs.如出现多次或严重浪费，工作人员可暂停或停止供应。

Food and drinks are for onsite consumption by paid guests only. Sharing with non-ticket holders, filling personal containers or taking food and drinks away is not permitted.食物与饮品仅供已付款宾客在活动现场享用。不得与无票人士分享、装入个人容器，或将食物与饮品带离活动现场。

Allergies and Dietary Requirements过敏与饮食需求

Guests with food allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements should contact us before purchasing and inform event staff before consuming any item.如有食物过敏、不耐受或特殊饮食需求，宾客应在购票前联络我们，并在享用任何食物或饮品前告知现场工作人员。

Food and drinks may be prepared or served in shared areas. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or the complete absence of cross-contact.食物与饮品可能在共用区域准备或供应。我们无法保证环境完全不含过敏原，或完全避免交叉接触。

Event Changes and Refunds活动变更与退款

Reasonable changes may be made to participating vendors, menu items, performers or programme details.参与商家、菜单、表演者或节目内容可能作合理调整。

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.退款资格以我们的退款政策为准。
